The Director of Nursing Services (DONS) provides strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services within Hoy Healthcare Center and Enhanced Services. This role ensures regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care while fostering a culture aligned with Westminster-Canterbury's Lighthouse Model and core values of Respect, Passion, and Professionalism.
The Hoy Center (THC) - Skilled Nursing, Memory Care & Rehabilitation
The Hoy Center delivers person-centered skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, and rehabilitation services in a modern, household-style environment. Enhanced Services provides personalized support for residents who require additional assistance while maintaining as much independence as possible.
