Director of Nursing

Progressive Care Center, a 48-bed skilled short-term nursing rehab facility committed to top-notch resident-centered care in a therapeutic environment conducive to a high quality of life, is seeking a Director of Nursing. The DONis responsible for overall nursing services administration. Applicant must be an RN. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. The Director of Nursing will be responsible forassisting and supervising the Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Unit Managers, all other executive nurses and floor staff.This position will require occasional on-call duty, and is responsible for corrective actions,survey preparedness, and education of floor staff. Other duties could be assigned as well. Will report directly to the administrator of the facility and will have support and assistance provided by our Director of Senior Care.
