Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the nursing department and oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• Establish consistent staffing expectations, schedules, and accountability
• Drive clinical quality, compliance, survey readiness, and resident outcomes
• Strengthen nursing processes, documentation, and overall department performance
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on the facility turnaround plan

What You Need
• Active South Carolina RN license
• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Prior DON or ADON-level experience strongly preferred
• Experience with regulatory compliance and nursing operations in an SNF/LTC setting
