Director of Nursing

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience and be an integral team player with experience in ensuring quality resident care, survey readiness, and team building.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all nursing staff
• Oversee department budgets
• Maintain high standards of care for all patients
• Manage patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
• Communicate with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
• Train and onboarding new nursing staff
• Provide ongoing education
• Implement new procedures and training Nurses on policies

Requirements:

• Active FL RN license
• Minimum of three years of management
• Skilled Nursing Facility Experience required
