Director of Nursing & Wellness - Assisted Living

Are you a passionate nursing leader ready to make a real impact? Silver Birch at Cook Rd. is seeking a Director of Nursing & Wellness to guide our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care.

In this role, you'll lead and inspire a clinical team, oversee wellness programs, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You'll have the opportunity to shape the daily experience of our residents, support families, and create a culture where care, compassion, and excellence thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Indiana nursing license with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team
• Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
