Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required within two years of hire
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably within Women's & Children's Services
• Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred
• Current Washington RN license, or ability to obtain prior to hire
