Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency | Largo, FL | Full-Time Leadership Role

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced insurance operations leader to help us build the structure, accountability, and processes needed to support our continued growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands insurance agency operations, knows how to develop strong managers, and can turn ideas into consistent execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop department managers and team leads
• Oversee day-to-day agency operations and improve efficiency, productivity, and service
• Establish clear accountability and performance standards
• Use KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to identify issues and drive results
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Partner with our Systems Director on automation, technology, and workflow improvements
• Lead operational initiatives and resolve issues before they reach executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage
• Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and data to manage performance
• A track record of improving processes and developing people
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to hold people accountable and lead change

Compensation

$80,000–$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
