Director - Operational Performance

Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives that optimize processes, enhance consistency, and deliver cost efficiencies. You will also play a critical role in integrating new operations—ensuring seamless transitions, regulatory alignment, and uninterrupted service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Improvement Execution
Lead high-visibility initiatives that enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across multiple facilities.

Process Optimization & Standardization
Assess workflows, identify gaps, and implement scalable best practices that drive consistency, productivity, and safety.

Project Leadership
Own complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution—collaborating with operations, engineering, compliance, logistics, and technology teams.

Operational Integration & Facility Transitions
Drive successful integration of new and transitioning facilities, including openings, relocations, consolidations, and acquisitions—ensuring readiness and business continuity.

Facility Readiness & Startup Coordination
Oversee site readiness efforts, including equipment deployment, infrastructure alignment, and operational startup execution.

Regulatory & Environmental Compliance
Ensure all initiatives and transitions meet regulatory standards, supporting environmentally responsible operations and compliance excellence.

Logistics & Asset Coordination
Manage fleet, equipment, and routing adjustments to maintain seamless service during operational changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Management
Act as a key connector across departments, identifying risks early and implementing solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
