Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Base + Commission


About the Opportunity


A growing multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Operations, Client Scheduling & Customer Service to lead a critical client-facing department responsible for intake, scheduling, staffing coordination, and overall client experience.


This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and improving service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare operations, client services, scheduling, care coordination, or related service-based environments.


As the organization continues to grow, this leader will play a key role in creating scalable systems, improving workflows, enhancing the client experience, and driving operational performance across multiple locations.


What You'll Do


Lead a High-Performing Client Services Team



  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers, coordinators, and support staff

  • Establish accountability measures and performance expectations

  • Foster a culture focused on service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement


Drive Operational Excellence



  • Oversee client intake, scheduling, staffing coordination, and service access processes

  • Ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and matched with appropriate service providers

  • Monitor staffing capacity and utilization to meet both client needs and organizational goals

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve efficiency


Build Systems for Growth



  • Develop scalable workflows and standardized procedures across service locations

  • Implement and maintain operational dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics

  • Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve departmental performance


Collaborate Across Departments



  • Partner with clinical, operations, recruiting, HR, billing, marketing, and leadership teams

  • Support initiatives that improve communication, coordination, and service delivery

  • Serve as a resource for resolving complex client and staffing challenges


What We're Looking For



  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, client services, scheduling, patient services, care coordination, or a related field

  • Proven experience managing teams and improving operational processes

  • Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, analytics, and performance management

  • Experience overseeing scheduling, intake, staffing, utilization, or client success functions

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, scheduling software, and reporting tools


Preferred Experience



  • Multi-site healthcare operations

  • Behavioral health, ABA services, outpatient healthcare, or related service environments

  • Process improvement, workflow redesign, and operational scaling initiatives
