Position Summary
A senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced operations professional to oversee regional field execution and project management across multiple locations. This role is responsible for improving operational performance, leading teams, ensuring safe project execution, and driving financial accountability while supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations and oversee project execution across multiple active sites
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Manage planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows
- Oversee budgets, margins, cost controls, and revenue performance
- Use data and reporting insights to improve accountability and decision-making
- Implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing field and project management teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to remove operational barriers and improve execution
- Maintain strong safety, compliance, and quality standards across all operations
- Support leadership with reporting, strategic planning, and performance reviews
- Travel regularly to project sites and regional operations locations
Ideal Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in construction, operations, or industrial services
- 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and margin oversight
- Proven experience leading project management teams and large field operations
- Skilled in process improvement, operational strategy, and team development
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Multi-site or regional leadership experience is highly preferred
