Director of Operations
Location: El Paso, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, 85K to 95K
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations. This role oversees daily operations, drives process efficiency, strengthens client relationships, and protects the company from risk and loss exposure. The Director will build and motivate the operations team, manage client issues, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure consistent compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and client contracts.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and internal controls.
Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and reduce fraud/loss exposure.
Support client communications, dispute resolution, and escalated collections efforts.
Oversee onboarding, invoice purchasing, and funding accuracy.
Approve wires/payments and ensure proper application of loan payments and adjustments.
Participate in credit committee meetings and provide risk insights.
Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and performance evaluations.
Partner with sales and accounting to support account growth and smooth cross?department workflows.
Ensure staff training and system utilization.
Lead team-building initiatives, manage managers, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Proven leadership and operations management experience.
Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and risk management.
Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Bilingual.
Starting salary 85K to 95K, depending on experience.
