The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a regional business unit while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.

The successful applicant will have a history of successfully leading mission critical projects preferably in the data center space. Proven experience in a senior operations, construction, or project leadership position within the electrical contracting or construction industry is required. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated responsibility for budgets, profitability, and operational performance is necessary. Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously is essential. Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, quality management systems, and industry regulations is required. Ability to build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth is important. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience is required. Experience with estimating software, project controls, and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
