What your future day will look like:

• Lead multiple service operations while ensuring performance expectations, contractual obligations, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Develop, mentor, and support managers and supervisors through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners while resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across assigned accounts and projects.
• Support business development efforts through estimating, proposal support, project transitions, client presentations, and networking activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality programs, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience with responsibility for large teams, client relationships, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, maintenance, environmental, or service-based operations, including safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.
