Description

  • Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute operational plans that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage production, quality, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering functions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall plant performance.
  • Standardize processes and implement best practices across sites to improve consistency and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support business expansion, organizational scalability, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure successful program execution and customer delivery performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Support budgeting, capital investment planning, cost-reduction initiatives, and resource optimization efforts.
  • Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve throughput, profitability, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, health, safety, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing operations leadership, including responsibility for multiple sites.
  • Background within aerospace, precision machining, engineered products, metal manufacturing, motion-control products, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs.
  • Strong financial and operational management experience, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change, drive transformation, and improve operational performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support multiple locations.
