Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations will report directly into the President and be responsible for:Provide executive-level leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.Oversee production, supply chain, engineering, and quality functions across a multi-site footprint.Develop and mentor plant leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and aerospace industry requirements.Lead capital planning, cost optimization, and operational performance improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
