You will support and travel to the following facilities: St. Mark's Hospital, Wesley Medial Center, Southern Hills Hospital Medical Center, Mountain View, Alaska Regional, and Eastern Idaho Regional. Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need: Provides leadership and direction for program management and operations. Responsible for existing program management and successful implementation of new programs across Intensive Care Consortium Inc.'s (ICC) enterprise footprint. Owns the development of standardized ICC program implementation methods. Responsible for the development, communication, and implementation of standardized operations processes, workflow design, and ongoing measurement of key success indicators. What you will do in this role: Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation In collaboration with ICC Leadership, facilitates, organizes the creation, and manages the following: Implementation manual Intensivist orientation manual Advanced Practice Providers orientation manual Annual gap assessment Order set development and annual review Policy/procedure annual review Job descriptions Recruitment New employee on-boarding Create and manage Atlas Connect site for ICC Create, manage, and oversee ICC project portfolio Manage all project requests (clinical & operational) Manage approval process through executive team Management of new program portfolio Directs and mentors all activities assigned to project manager Collaborates with Chief Operating Officer & AVP Clinical Operations to create executive summary communications and presentations for all clinical and business operations across the company Including but not limited to facility executives, corporate executives, ICC internal team Facilitates and organizes ICC committees and sub-committees to ensure coordination and collaboration between all key stakeholders Monitor and report on portfolio performance Work effectively with development to enhance growth initiatives Support the goals of the facilities, divisions and markets Serve as a key member of the leadership team Assist in developing physician development plans, process improvements and implementation of best practices Work effectively with management and support teams Work effectively with the physician recruiting and HR functions of HCA Physician Services and hospital liaisons to support the placement of qualified physicians in hospital based programs Ensure that HCA Physician Services compliance, training and education, policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all programs, as appropriate for Hospital Based Physicians Display consistent behavior that enhances the public image of the organization as evidenced by professionalism in interactions with peers, subordinates, customers, (patients, families, physicians, payors, vendors, etc.) Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, selecting and hiring of new employees as assigned Participate in ongoing orientation and education of new and existing employees as assigned Conduct performance evaluations and corrective disciplinary action with employees as assigned Maintain strictest confidentiality in areas of patient, employee and physician relations Help prepare and participate in program, facility, market and division MORs/QORs as assigned Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement". What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred Five to eight years project and/or program management experience required, including the ability to manage multiple projects and programs to successful completion for multiple hospitals, business offices or health systems.
