Description
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable business performance.
- Manage and develop departmental leaders while creating accountability and alignment across the organization.
- Establish operational metrics, performance standards, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate business processes and implement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee manufacturing, purchasing, parts, and inventory functions to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
- Develop, manage, and forecast operational budgets while supporting financial and business objectives.
- Lead efforts to reduce lead times, increase throughput, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
- Partner closely with engineering, technology, customer service, and operations teams to improve workflow and business processes.
- Communicate strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and company objectives across all operational groups.
- Support talent development, succession planning, hiring, coaching, and performance management activities.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive operations, manufacturing, or business leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance management.
- Experience managing production, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or related operational functions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and cost management initiatives.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, develop managers, and build a strong organizational culture.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Job Offer
- Base salary range of $120,000-$160,000 plus bonus opportunity.
