Lead Sitewide Manufacturing OperationsLead overall manufacturing operations and site performance. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and capacity. Oversee production, engineering, warehouse, and inventory management functions. Establish performance metrics and accountability measures. Ensure facilities, equipment, and processes support efficient operations. Improve lead times, productivity, and manufacturing performance. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams. Support short- and long-term business planning initiatives. Lead capacity planning and resource optimization efforts. Develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship. Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Support customer requirements and strategic growth initiatives.
