About the Role

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to improve operational performance across the organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, strengthening internal processes, improving accountability, and ensuring departments operate efficiently as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director on operational strategy and key initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve communication, accountability, and execution.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable operational systems.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure priorities are completed on time.
• Resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows.
• Support organizational growth through process improvement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior healthcare operations experience required.
• Experience in home care, healthcare centers, multi-specialty practices, or health insurance preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and operational analytics.
