Director of Construction/(Owner's Rep)
The Director of Construction/(Owner's Rep) will:
- Develop detailed budgets and cost estimates across capital, renovation, and tenant projects
- Manage day-to-day construction execution and oversee third-party firms where applicable
- Lead selection and coordination of architects, engineers, and contractors from design through completion
- Oversee tenant buildouts, ensuring lease compliance and adherence to critical timelines
- Draft and manage landlord work letters, lease exhibits, and signage requirements
- Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple developments
- Coordinate construction contracts in partnership with legal teams
- Monitor tenant permitting, approvals, and readiness through project lifecycle
- Serve as key liaison between onsite operations, tenants, and construction teams
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and proper project phasing
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to internal stakeholders
- Support cross-functional initiatives across leasing, operations, and finance

The successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in retail construction and redevelopment projects
- Proven experience managing tenant improvement and capital projects end-to-end
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Project
