DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Fusco is searching for an experienced Director of Operations. This senior-level position will oversee a multi-location operation and play a key role in developing leaders, improving performance, and supporting continued growth.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role overseeing 21 restaurant locations across the Capital Region and surrounding areas of Upstate New York. The successful candidate will work closely with field leadership and ownership while also supporting a unique centralized production and distribution operation.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead and support multi-unit restaurant operations and field leadership.
· Develop District Managers and General Managers through coaching, accountability, and performance management.
· Own operational and financial performance, including P&L, labor, food costs, and productivity.
· Establish and maintain high standards for service, safety, cleanliness, staffing, and compliance.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
· Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth.
· Help ensure reliable coordination between restaurants and the company’s centralized production/distribution operation.

Qualifications
· 4+ years of progressive operations leadership in QSR, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume service environment.
· 3+ years of successful multi-unit management experience.
· Strong understanding of P&L management and operating metrics.
· Proven ability to develop leaders and build accountable, engaged teams.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Comfortable working with technology, including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and emerging AI tools.
· ServSafe certification is a plus.
