TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months (240 days)

SUPERVISES: Supervisors of IT, Transportation, Maintenance, and Food Services

SALARY RANGE: Director Salary Schedule

The Director of Operations supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the planning, coordination, and management of the school district''s operational departments. The Director assists in ensuring the efficient delivery of operational services that support teaching and learning while providing direct oversight of assigned departments and districtwide operational initiatives. This position serves as a key member of the Operations Division and works collaboratively with district and school leaders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Educational Leadership, or a related field required.
• Master''s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in operations management, facilities management, transportation, project management, school business administration, or a related field.
