Compensation: $115,000–$170,000+ DOE (Flexibility for an Exceptional Candidate)

Job Description

A growing healthcare services company is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead its next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building organizations, creating structure, and driving operational excellence. The right person will partner closely with executive leadership to develop scalable systems, improve workflows, implement KPIs, and build the operational foundation needed to support continued growth.

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, but exceptional operational leaders from other industries who have successfully built and scaled organizations are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve operational systems and workflows
  • Develop KPIs and performance reporting
  • Create and implement SOPs and best practices
  • Improve onboarding and operational processes
  • Lead remote teams and improve accountability
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Help scale the organization for future growth

Must Haves

  • Proven success building operational systems, workflows, or processes.
  • Experience leading teams and driving accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
  • Experience in an operations leadership role within a growing organization.

Strongly Preferred

  • Healthcare operations experience.
  • Skilled Nursing, Home Care, ABA, Physician Group, or Healthcare Services experience.
  • Experience managing remote or multi-site teams.
  • Experience helping an organization scale.
