Responsibilities

This position will be 100% remote role and will require greater than 50% travel

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Director of Operations Support will drive both strategic initiatives related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Routing Center of Excellence (COE) and Inventory

  • This role partners with the operations team to develop and align on strategy when developing direct reports in the department and performance for the operation support team and inventory specialist team

  • You will support project management for various projects in operations relating to distribution centers, including facility startup and master routing

  • The Director of Operations Support supports new business implementations, including any applicable integration and warehouse modifications to support new business

  • Additionally, you'll support operations team in improving underperforming distribution centers, collaborating with key staff to prepare and recommend annual strategic planning, reviewing and presenting progress updates to US leadership monthly

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
