We are a fast-growing, fully remote digital marketing agency specializing in social commerce and emerging platforms. Our focus is helping brands scale through TikTok Shop and social media. We’ve built a strong inbound engine through organic social, bringing in consistent client demand without relying on paid advertising.

As we scale, we’re investing in stronger operational leadership to ensure execution keeps pace with growth and client retention remains high. This role would be a right-hand to the Founder and help drive the day to day operations.

Job Details

We are looking for a Director of Operations to bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a growing remote team. This person will act as the operational backbone of the business, ensuring campaigns, deliverables, and internal workflows stay on track across 30–40 active client engagements.

This is not a client-facing role. Instead, you’ll focus on managing internal execution, improving timelines, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a distributed team of ~9 across marketing, content, AI workflows, and account support
  • Ensure all campaigns and client deliverables are executed on time and at a high level
  • Implement and enforce project timelines, deadlines, and accountability systems
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
  • Drive consistency across project management and internal communication
  • Maintain high client retention by ensuring execution quality and speed

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, remote environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to enforce structure and deadlines
  • Proven ability to improve execution speed and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication skills, especially with distributed or offshore teams
  • Experience in agency environments, digital marketing, or similar
  • Comfort with tools like ClickUp, Slack, and dashboard-based workflows
  • Tech-forward mindset with interest in AI, automation, and social media trends
