About the Role:
Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day business functions in White Plains, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the operational backbone of a dynamic security services organization. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff and supervisory teams to drive performance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership
• Coordinate with clients to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and quality standards
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives across operations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify operational gaps and implement strategic improvements to support business growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive operations management experience, preferably in security services or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of security industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in operational software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Valid NYS security license or ability to obtain one is a plus
