Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health - Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Social Worker

Signet Health is actively interviewing Master's Level candidates for the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health at our Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program based at Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul, NE.  Must be licensed as a Nebraska Social Worker or Counselor to be considered for this position.

Very competitive compensation package, generous PTO. Relo allowance.  

On-site, in-person position.

Specific qualifications include:

• Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Social Worker.
• 2+ year(s) related work experience.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Marketing Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
• Supervision of staff.
• Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program. 
• Providing both group and individual therapy.

Hospital/Program Description

Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE is a small 10-bed critical access hospital with a huge personal touch.  The Medical Center has been providing quality services since 1955 and serves individuals in Howard, Merrick, Valley, sherman, Greeley, and Hall Counties.  Tele-Health is available for those patients unable to attend in-person.
