Make an Impact as Director of Outpatient Services!
The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Director of Outpatient Services will be responsible for overseeing the Outpatient Services. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong leadership abilities, and an independent license to provide clinical supervision. The Director will manage Clinical Supervisors, and maintain high quality standards of service delivery.

What you'll be doing:
- Supervise and provide leadership to Program Supervisors and Clinical Supervisors.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical practices and case management.
- Maintain an independent clinical license and provide direct clinical supervision as required.
- Monitor caseload management to ensure clients are effectively moving through the continuum of service based on their needs and level of care.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives related to care delivery.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
- Address and resolve any compliance issues, client concerns, or service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline care delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, referral sources, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active, independent clinical Ohio license (LISW, LPPC) required.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health services, clinical practices, and access management.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and office management software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on MVR, and current auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
