Director of Patient Safety – Asheville, NC
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Patient Safety to lead and strengthen patient safety, risk management, and quality initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety, overseeing incident reporting and analysis, and partnering with clinical teams to improve outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift, no weekends)
Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 annually
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of recent experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality in a hospital or ambulatory setting
Clinical background preferred
CPPS certification required (or must obtain within 1 year of hire)
