Salary is 160k to 180k + bonus- Lead end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 1000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery using Workday and ADP Smart Compliance.
- Oversee payroll operations, tax compliance, payroll accounting, reconciliations, year-end processing, and multi-state regulatory requirements.
- Manage Workday HRIS transactions, including salary changes, bonuses, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and employee data updates.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Benefits, and Banking Operations to support payroll, compensation, audits, SOX compliance, and process improvements.
- Supervise a Payroll Specialist while driving payroll governance, automation initiatives, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvements.
- Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), and cross-functional HRIS projects.
