DAYS/HOURS:            8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Minimum 3 Days a week onsite | Monday-Friday) and occasional evenings.

Working alongside K-12 districts, higher education institutions, employers, and community partners, T3 creates seamless pathways that help students persist through postsecondary education and transition into workforce-aligned careers. Guided by our North Star Goal, we are working toward a future where, by 2032, 60% of Tarrant County students enter the workforce with a workforce-aligned credential and/or a two- or four-year degree.

 

The Director of Philanthropy implements and directs the organization's major gifts and donor relations strategy, including major gifts solicitation and cultivation, mid-level donor management, annual giving, and donor pipeline development. Manages a personal portfolio of major- and mid-level donors and prospects, sets the standard for moves management discipline across the team, and leads and develops the Development Manager. Serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director of Development & Marketing and CEO in shaping long-term fundraising strategy and represents the philanthropy function to the board as needed.

 

 

This position may require travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs as needed.
