Logan Services is seeking an experienced Director of Plumbing Operations to lead our expanding residential plumbing and sewer & drain business. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, and team development across multiple markets. If you're a proven plumbing operations leader with experience growing residential service businesses, managing P&L performance, developing leaders, and building scalable operations, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Lead

As the Director of Plumbing Operations, you'll oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of Logan Services' residential plumbing division across multiple markets.

Operations Leadership

  • Lead all residential plumbing service, installation, water heater, water quality, and sewer & drain operations
  • Oversee field operations, workforce planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that support continued growth
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining exceptional customer service

Financial & Business Performance

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing Division
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and gross margin performance
  • Develop pricing strategies and operational initiatives that improve financial performance
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers, supervisors, and field leaders
  • Build leadership succession plans and career development pathways
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives

Customer Experience

  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through job completion
  • Reduce callbacks while improving customer satisfaction and online reputation
  • Partner with customer service, sales, and operations teams to deliver consistent service excellence

Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute one-year and three-year strategic growth plans
  • Expand market share across existing and new service areas
  • Partner with executive leadership on business planning and operational strategy
  • Evaluate new technologies, processes, and opportunities that improve operational performance

Training & Workforce Development

  • Support apprenticeship, technical training, and leadership development programs
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiting, learning and development, and operations leadership
  • Ensure teams have the tools, training, and support needed for long-term success

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential plumbing operations
  • Proven success leading plumbing managers, supervisors, and field service teams
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar business operations with full P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue while improving profitability
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development experience
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining a positive company culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-location plumbing operations leadership experience
  • Residential home services industry experience
  • Sewer & drain operations experience
  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Experience developing apprenticeship or technical training programs
  • Background leading rapid organizational growth and operational scaling
