Accountabilities / Responsibilities:The Director of Practice Operations will work closely with the MSO (Management Services Organization) team and other senior executives in execution of an independent specialist partnership strategy for OrthoAlliance. The focus of this individual will be to support joint ventures with specialty practices and work directly with the physicians and administrative leadership of those practices, as well as internally with other SCA Health, Optum and UHG leadership. This position is responsible for the practices and ancillaries in the state of Indiana.
A key component of the role will be a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing most independent specialty groups, the value propositions and levers that SCAH, PSG (Practice Specialty Group), and the MSO can bring to a practice, quickly assess the landscape and coordinate the appropriate internal and external resources to develop and validate those propositions and ultimately drive an actionable strategic plan in partnership with the practice.
