Construction DirectorLead and manage the full Preconstruction & Estimating Department. Develop conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, and pricing strategies. Oversee bid processes, subcontractor leveling, and procurement plans. Partner with executive leadership, operations, and business development teams. Drive value engineering and constructability reviews across all projects. Lead client relationships throughout the preconstruction lifecycle. Mentor and develop estimating staff, establishing best practices and processes.
