Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership for procure to pay transformation initiatives, driving modernization of procurement systems, workflows, governance, and data architecture
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of ERP, procurement, and purchasing technologies supporting global procurement operations
  • Serve as the business owner for procurement technology platforms, ensuring scalability, governance, data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Drive enterprise adoption of Workday, Oracle, and related procurement technologies through system optimization, process redesign, training, and change management initiatives
  • Lead procurement systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs across global business operations
  • Establish and oversee procurement data governance strategies, master data management standards, reporting frameworks, and audit controls across ERP and procurement platforms
  • Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to define procurement technology roadmaps and long-term digital transformation strategies
  • Develop enterprise reporting, analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to improve visibility, forecasting, compliance, spend management, and operational performance
  • Lead automation initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, improving workflow efficiency, and increasing data quality across the procure to pay lifecycle
  • Own purchasing governance, compliance controls, approval workflows, and policy administration across procurement systems and business processes
  • Provide executive leadership for transactional procurement operations, ensuring service delivery, compliance, and operational effectiveness
  • Build and develop high performing procurement operations, systems, and analytics teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional initiatives involving procurement, finance, technology, legal, and operational stakeholders
  • Manage ERP, Workday, Oracle, and procurement platform enhancement initiatives and system optimization projects
  • Oversee procurement master data management, data quality controls, system governance, and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and maintain procurement analytics, dashboards, executive reporting, and performance scorecards
  • Analyze procurement, supplier, spend, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements
  • Partner with technical teams on integrations, automation initiatives, workflow design, and system enhancements
  • Support ERP implementation projects, upgrades, migrations, testing, deployment activities, and user adoption initiatives
  • Monitor procurement compliance, approval workflows, audit requirements, and risk management controls
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operational scalability
  • Provide leadership and guidance to procurement operations, systems, and analytics personnel across global business functions
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to support procurement processes, reporting, governance, and technology adoption across multiple regions

 

Preferred Experience and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Analytics, or related files
  • MBA, master's degree, or advanced procurement, project management, or technology certifications preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading procurement operations, procurement systems, procure to pay transformation, or enterprise business process improvement initiatives
  • Strong experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise transformation program
  • Extensive experience with Workday Procurement, Workday Financials, Oracle, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms
  • Experience serving as a business owner or functional lead for procurement technology platforms
  • Strong background in procurement analytics, reporting, dashboard development, KPI management, and data governance
  • Experience designing and improving enterprise procurement workflows, controls, approval structures, and governance framework
  • Experience leading large scale systems implementations involving cross functional business and technology teams
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations, supplier management, purchasing controls, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Experience with procurement automation, workflow technologies, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting global or international procurement organizations across multiple regions preferred
  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting data center, technology, infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale capital-intensive organizations preferred
  • Procurement certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or related credentials preferred
