Director of Product Management

Our client is hiring a to lead AI-driven fintech solutions focused on mobile apps. 

The role is remote, with a salary range of $210K - $240K.

Required experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead and oversee fintech partnerships, managing compatibility assessments, legal agreements, integrations, and ongoing operations to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
• Drive Product-Led Growth to enhance customer adoption and sustain revenue expansion.
• Utilize AI-driven technologies and customer insights to refine user experiences, remove friction points, and enable data-informed decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, collaborating with engineering, design, data, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and adoption.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team of product managers, fostering innovation, growth, and AI-powered efficiencies.
• Define and monitor key success metrics to measure impact, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  
  
• 9+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS within the fintech sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Hands-on expertise in financial operations, payment workflows, and AI-driven automation.
• Demonstrated success in driving Product-Led Growth within B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong ability to define and execute product strategies, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, including experience with AI-powered analytics.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring product managers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
