The Opportunity 

The recent launch of 1EXIGER.AI positions Exiger to move from market leader to market maker. This AI-native, agentic execution layer extends Exiger's established portfolio and helps customers act on supply chain intelligence. 

The Director of Product Marketing will define how the market understands 1EXIGER.AI and designated portfolio priorities. The role owns positioning, product narrative, launch marketing, and analyst relations, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution to make customer value clear and equip Marketing and Sales with consistent messaging. 

What You Will Do 

• Lead Marketing's product marketing strategy for 1EXIGER.AI and designated portfolio priorities, translating product and solution priorities into differentiated positioning, messaging, portfolio narratives, and market-facing programs.
• Partner with Product Market Leadership, Product Management, and product subject-matter experts to translate priority use cases, customer outcomes, and technical differentiation into go-to-market assets.
• Apply market, competitive, and industry analyst research to sharpen differentiation and strengthen the portfolio narrative. Lead analyst relations, including briefings and submissions.
• Lead the Marketing workstream for product and solution launches, aligning with Product Market Leadership and Product Management on target audiences, use cases, readiness, messaging, and commercial objectives.
• Independently build AI tools, interactive demos, rapid prototypes, and automated workflows to demonstrate customer value, strengthen competitive differentiation, and scale go-to-market execution. Partner with Engineering as needed.
• Partner across Marketing to maintain a consistent product narrative across campaigns, web content, thought leadership, customer marketing, and demand generation programs.
• Support Sales Enablement with current messaging, demo narratives, proof points, and product expertise for its programs and materials.
• Measure message effectiveness, market engagement, launch performance, sales content adoption, pipeline contribution, analyst engagement, and revenue influence.
• Manage and develop a direct report, if applicable, and guide external partners while remaining a hands-on contributor.

• Customers, prospects, and analysts understand how 1EXIGER.AI extends Exiger's portfolio and what differentiates the offering. 
• Major launches have agreed audiences, messages, readiness criteria, and commercial objectives, with measurable market response. 
• Marketing and Sales Enablement use consistent, current product messaging, demo narratives, and evidence of customer value. 
• Product Marketing makes a measurable contribution to pipeline quality and revenue influence. 

What You Need 

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including ownership of strategy for complex enterprise software, data, or AI products.
• A track record of translating sophisticated capabilities into differentiated positioning and clear customer value tied to real workflows.
• Hands-on technical skills and demonstrated ability to build tools, demos, prototypes, or automated workflows independently, with sound judgment about when to involve Engineering.
• Success leading major product or platform launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement.
• Strong command of integrated marketing, with the ability to translate product priorities into campaigns, thought leadership, customer communications, and launch programs.
• Product fluency and judgment to provide Sales Enablement with clear messaging, proof points, and subject-matter expertise.
• Experience in industry analyst relations, including briefings, submissions, supporting evidence, and executive preparation.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, technical fluency, and the ability to make complex ideas clear without oversimplifying them.
• Commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and a disciplined approach to measuring launch performance, pipeline contribution, analyst engagement, and revenue influence.
• People management or coaching experience and a commitment to hands-on execution. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future sponsorship from Exiger.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, third-party risk, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk management.
• Experience with commercial enterprises and government or other highly regulated organizations.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, data platforms, decision intelligence, or complex workflow products.
• Experience defining or reshaping a software category at an established company.
• Direct experience working with Gartner or other major industry analyst firms.
