Our client is seeking a strategic Director of Program Operations to guide program strategy, operations, and performance for a mission focused organization committed to excellence, innovation, and business driven results. This role requires a leader who understands how to scale programs, optimize operations, manage budgets with discipline, and deliver measurable results in a fast paced, outcomes oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead program strategy to support growth, operational excellence, and long term organizational goals
- Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and strong performance outcomes
- Develop and launch new programs aligned with mission, market needs, and business objectives
- Manage and develop program teams; build a high performance, accountable culture
- Oversee program budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Implement data driven evaluation to improve operations and outcomes
- Manage external partnerships and support reporting, compliance, and performance metrics
- Represent the organization through professional communications and industry engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years of executive leadership experience, ideally in a for profit or business oriented environment
- Proven ability to lead program strategy, scale operations, and drive measurable results
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience leading teams, resolving operational challenges, and building strong culture
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
