Mikayla’s Voice is a nonprofit organization that provides inclusive programs in the arts, education, and sports. Current program priorities include the Wheels of Friendship® art program, Kaya’s Kaleidoscope art projects, and school-based mentor programming for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. These programs support children as they serve as ambassadors for the organization’s message, mission, and commitment to inclusion.
The Director of Programs is responsible for the delivery, coordination, and expansion of assigned programs. These programs showcase children’s talents and creativity while promoting successful inclusion as children work, play, and learn together. This position serves as a key voice and community ambassador for the organization’s mission, ensuring that the mission is advanced through innovative programming, strategic planning, and community outreach.
