Director Of Project Management
We are partnering with a high-growth consumer products company that has built a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and bringing exciting products to market. As the business continues to scale, they are investing in new capabilities and processes to support an ambitious pipeline of product launches and strategic initiatives.
Build and implement project management processes, stage-gate systems, and governance frameworks across the organization.
Lead end-to-end project management for New Product Development (NPD), tech transfers, packaging changes, and operational initiatives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, including product launches, limited-edition programs, and business-critical operational projects.
Develop project timelines, reporting tools, and communication cadences to improve accountability and execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Creative, and external manufacturing partners.
Identify project risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Provide clear project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Establish scalable systems and best practices to support future team growth.

A successful Director of Project Management should have:
- 8+ years of project management experience within beauty, fragrance, CPG, consumer products, or a related industry.
- Proven experience building project management processes and frameworks from scratch.
- Strong background leading end-to-end New Product Development projects.
- Experience managing tech transfers and working with contract manufacturers is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Office, Wrike, or similar project management platforms.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding teams accountable to deliverables and timelines.
Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.
