Job Title: Director of Quality (FAA Repair Station)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with FAA Part 145, EASA, and AS9100 standards
Oversee audits, regulatory inspections, and CAPA processes while serving as the primary liaison with agencies such as the FAA
Drive root cause investigations, quality improvements, and ensure airworthiness of all repaired components
Manage, mentor, and develop QA/QC teams while enforcing inspection, calibration, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of quality management experience within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station
Deep knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 145, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 standards
Proven leadership, team development, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, compliance, and airworthiness

Preferred Skills & Experience

Bachelor"s degree and A&P or Repairman Certificate (or ability to obtain)
Experience leading audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
