Job Summary

Join us in Chatsworth, a vibrant city known for its scenic landscapes and thriving community. We are seeking an experienced individual to provide leadership and guidance in supporting quality, HR, and safety requirements. This is a leadership position reporting directly to the President.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support for quality assurance/control, HR, and safety requirements.
  • Engage in leadership activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Interpret drawings, blueprints, digital data models, and specifications.
  • Collaborate positively with customers, vendors, and company employees to achieve quality goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation sciences, quality systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations, and/or military operations, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Experience in Human Resources responsibilities and Health and Safety.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytic, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in time management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work positively under pressure to achieve quality goals.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs as required.

Working Conditions

Sitting, walking, and standing for up to 10 hours a day. A minimum of 40 work hours is expected per week during company operating hours. Some overtime may be required.
