Take a lead role in shaping quality and safety from the ground up at Magnifica Air, being part of our 119 team for our 121 certification. You’ll set the standards, systems, and team that will define how aircraft integrity is maintained across the fleet.

What you’ll do

Lead quality assurance, inspection, and regulatory compliance, serving as the airline’s Chief Inspector. You’ll oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions, ensuring safety and compliance across all operations.

Direct the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS), monitoring performance and driving improvements in airworthiness and maintenance standards. You’ll also manage aircraft records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Oversee vendor and contract maintenance, setting qualification and performance standards to maintain high-quality service across providers. You’ll also support aircraft acquisition and acceptance, ensuring new aircraft meet stringent quality criteria.

Contribute to the Safety Management System, promoting a just culture and effective risk management. You’ll recruit, develop, and lead a skilled quality team, setting the direction for future growth and excellence.

What you’ll need

  • Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
  • Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible aviation maintenance, inspection, quality assurance, or airworthiness experience
  • Minimum of five years of leadership experience within an air carrier, repair station, aircraft manufacturer, military aviation organization, or comparable aviation operation
