We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer (potential Director of Quality) to define ‘quality’ in our industry and subsequently implement standards for excellence in care and enhanced living that far exceed the traditional standards of care (e.g., fall prevention, bed sores) that are currently mandated and measured by state agencies. This is a green-space; the successful candidate must be capable of influencing stakeholders without direct control while architecting solutions and approaches in a change-resistant environment using established tools and approaches (see below).

Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) preferred

Strong experience utilizing and implementing continuous improvement methodologies and techniques (i.e., Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, Kaizen)
5 to 7 years as a Quality Engineer
10+ years to be considered for Director level position
