Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's global quality strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction for all quality assurance and quality management activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations and business functions.
- Oversee customer quality, supplier quality, and audit programs worldwide.
- Drive management review processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams and future leaders.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and strategic quality initiatives.
- Serve as the organization's technical expert in quality systems and quality assurance.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Quality Assurance.
- Background in high-volume semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and work cross-functionally.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and talent development experience.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
