ADDWC is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serves as the Director of Quality, Training and Case Management. The role is responsible for overseeing the agency-wide training, supporting case management services, ensuring quality improvement, and promoting continuity of behavioral health services across programs.
This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining compliance with state regulations, enhancing service delivery, and supporting staff through training and guidance. While this is a Director-level role, it does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field
Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Full Time (40 hours) salary position. Salary range $62,000-$65,000.

Personal and Vacation Time accrues from hire date and eligible to use after end of 90-day probation period.
