Director of Recruiting and Admissions: Pending Budget Approval
Role: The Director of Admissions and Recruiting provides leadership and operational oversight for all admissions and recruitment functions of the College. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and assessing strategic recruitment initiatives that increase new student enrollment and strengthen the College's presence across service areas. The Director oversees the admissions process from prospect through admittance, ensures efficient and compliant processing of student applications and documentation, and leads data-informed outreach strategies that expand the enrollment pipeline. The Director oversees front-end enrollment growth through admissions operations, recruiting strategy, community partnerships, and enrollment funnel performance.
The salary range for this position is $83,593.73 to $125,390.59 per annually based on years of experience.
