Description:
• The position involves leading referral growth efforts in healthcare, focusing on strengthening relationships among various medical professionals.
• The role is based in Washington, DC, and requires full-time commitment.
• Candidates should have experience with customer relationship management systems and be willing to travel extensively.
Requirements:
• Develop and execute referral growth strategies across multiple markets.
• Lead and scale a team of physician liaisons.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop referral-focused campaigns.
• Oversee the adoption of customer relationship management systems.
• Enhance the referrer experience in collaboration with various teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in outreach activities.
• Track and report on referral activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA/MHA preferred.
• 7–10 years in healthcare referral relations or business development.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments.
• Proven success in growing referral networks and managing field teams.
• Strong experience with customer relationship management systems.
• Ability to engage with doctors and practice administrators.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
