A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead and grow its therapy services. This confidential search is ideal for a clinically strong, team-oriented rehab leader who excels in operational oversight, staff development, and quality outcomes.

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the rehabilitation department

• Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices

• Collaborate with facility leadership to support census growth and resident outcomes

• Oversee productivity, scheduling, budgeting, and program development

• Mentor and develop therapy staff to foster engagement and retention

• Drive quality measures, documentation accuracy, and performance improvement initiatives

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, COTA or PTA

• Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting

• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, PDPM, and regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and achieve clinical and financial goals
