Aventura at West Park is growing our in-house rehabilitation team and is searching for an energetic, experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) who enjoys building strong teams, delivering outstanding resident care, and creating a positive, supportive work environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a talented in-house therapy team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehab department
- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team members
- Mentor and develop therapists while promoting clinical excellence
- Ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and efficient department performance
- Utilize Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) documentation systems
- Help create a workplace where both residents and team members thrive
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Ohio
- Director of Rehabilitation experience is required
- Strong Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience
- Experience with Net Health
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)
- Positive attitude with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys motivating others and making a difference every day
